  Asked someone to explain how to select a bed and mattress etc. Salesman was abrupt anf condescending!! Nothing unexpected as service and delivery in this shop was aweful last time we purchased a bed! 5hought we would give them a second chance but thats the last time I set foot in Bensons Beds!

  Terrible! 11 months later we finally have our replacement bedroom furniture after the first set was not fit for purpose. Doors didn't align, shelves were bent and drawers were wonky. Sadly we couldn't get a refund so instead I am still waiting for old furniture to be collected while we assemble the new furniture ourselves. Customer service is appalling and the manager at the Chichester store is unhelpful. I will never buy anything from Benson's again.
