  Would give 0 stars if i could!!! Could not of imagined a worse customer service! Twice i have been in with the full intention of buying a new bike and both times i have been ignored! My first visit I Walked in wanting to talk to someone and was completely blanked by all members of staff. So after a good 20 mins of nothing i left. Second visit was for a friend and we stood looking at the bike he wants and still ignored even when the owner walked by us!! After being there for 5 mins or so looking. Another customer came in, an older bloke and he was jumped on. Full support! After that we left! They have lost out on 30k from myself and now another 16k from my friend. I have never had a worse experience.
