  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a suit jacket, which had to be delivered from a different store. It was supposed to arrive a few days later, but they said I would be contacted. They never did, so I decided to call them one week later. The same process repeated itself for about 3 times over the course of 2,5 weeks, where I always had to take the initiative to check if delivery had happened. Furthermore, I usually had to call about 6 times throughout the day, since they never answer the phone. During my studies I have worked in tourism, but if I would have given guests/customers this level of service, there would be no guest/customer left. I honestly don't understand how a business run this badly can still survive in this day and age... I would not recommend anyone to ever shop here.
